Return policy for products RGBW LED Systems

The customer has the right of withdrawal and may exercise the right of withdrawal, or decide to return the item to RGBW LED Systems without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery (or delivery of the last item, in the event of separate deliveries).

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised in connection with any product purchased from RGBW LED Systems, except for:

1) Product's specifications or clearly personalized, products not in stock and ordered on special request, products are part of a lighting project developed by RGBW LED Systems, and agreed the purchase during the definition of the project (project confirmation order ).
2) Products that require an order confirmation, not currently available in our stores, which was NOT sent a direct deposit.
3) Products whose packaging has been opened and used, or its seal has been removed.
4) If the returned products for damage or wear caused by unnecessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same.

To exercise the right of withdrawal

You must send an email or call us. You will be given instructions on how to proceed with the return, shipping and refund. The refund does not include shipping costs incurred by the purchaser (after repayments agreed with Paypal payment systems which may be offered this option directly from Paypal).
